1. Overview of Refund & Return Policy
Since YUNKOX provides personalized bespoke suits, each suit is crafted based on the customer’s specific measurements and preferences. We do not accept returns due to personal preference or size issues. However, we guarantee product quality and will provide resolutions in cases such as:
• Manufacturing defects or quality issues (e.g., fabric damage, visible sewing defects).
• The product received significantly differs from the order description (e.g., wrong color, style).
• Severe damage during shipping (must provide unboxing photos or video).
2. Conditions for Refund or Adjustments
If your order meets any of the following criteria, you may apply for a partial refund or adjustment:
• Size Adjustments: If the received suit has a size deviation of more than 2cm, we offer a one-time alteration subsidy. You may visit a local tailor for adjustments, and we will reimburse the alteration cost (up to $50).
• Quality Issues: If there are serious defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your suit with clear photos or videos, and we will provide a solution.
• Order Errors: If the product does not match your order due to a production mistake, we will remake the suit free of charge.
3. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund or return, follow these steps:
• Contact Customer Support - Send an email to service@yunkox.com with a description and attached images/videos.
• Review & Confirmation - We will review your request within 3 business days and provide a resolution (adjustment, refund, or remake).
• Refund Processing - If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (processing time may vary based on your payment provider).
4. Cases Where Refunds/Returns Are Not Accepted
• Sizing issues caused by incorrect measurements submitted by the customer (we recommend visiting a local tailor for adjustments, and we provide an alteration subsidy).
• Returns due to a change of preference (e.g., disliking the color, fabric, or style).
• Products that have been worn or significantly used and were not reported as defective within 7 days.
